We are writing to inform you about scheduled maintenance in your building related to the replacement of the water heater system. This work is set to take place between August 11th and August 15th 2025.
During this timeframe, both hot and cold water services will be unavailable daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, the laundry room will be closed for the entirety of the project. We understand this may cause temporary inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the water heating system. Should the work be finished ahead of schedule, we will promptly notify you via email. We recommend planning ahead to manage any interruptions to your daily routines effectively.
**LANDLORDS:** Please ensure your tenants are made aware of and are fully prepared for these temporary changes. This notice will also be publicly displayed on-site for easy reference.
**RESIDENTS:** The plumbing company conducting the water heater replacement will need to inspect individual units. To facilitate this, it’s advisable to coordinate with the plumbers directly while they are on-site to verify your availability. For residents who are not home during the inspection, association management will provide access to your unit using keys on file and will secure the unit thereafter. As per association policies, it is your responsibility to confirm that accurate and functioning keys are kept on record; in cases where keys are faulty, any locksmith costs incurred will be your responsibility. Note that if the plumbers detect any plumbing issues outside the scope of this project, they will furnish a complete report along with a separate repair proposal. Should you choose to proceed with these additional repairs, you may directly communicate with the plumbing company.
