Sarasota Man Charged With Two Counts Of Second-Degree Murder And Pet Slaying

SARASOTA, Fla. – The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office has charged 34-year-old Nicholas Novickis with two counts of Second-Degree Murder and one count of Animal Cruelty following a shooting on Saturday, May 23, at a residence in the Artistry neighborhood in Sarasota. Deputies responded to a reported shooting at 4707 Mondrian Court at approximately 11:38 a.m.
